The highly concentrated formula means lower cost per job. Whether used as a pre-spray, through a portable extractor, or in a truck mount system, Pile-Up® delivers consistent results with efficient chemical usage.

Use in an Extraction Cleaner

  1. Dilute in the holding tank according to soil level.
  2. Release solution and make one extraction pass, overlapping 1–2 inches.
  3. Ensure carpet dries within 4 hours. Use air movers if necessary.

Use in a Truck Mount Unit

  1. Dilute 4 oz per 5 gallons of water in the holding tank.
  2. Set machine to meter at 3 gallons per hour.
  3. Extract as usual, followed by a rinse and neutralizer.
  4. Add defoamer to the recovery tank if needed to control excess suds from previous cleanings.

Use as a Pre-Spray

Dilution Guide:

  • Light Duty: 2 oz per gallon of water
  • Medium Duty: 3 oz per gallon of water
  • Heavy Duty: 4 oz per gallon of water
  1. Spray diluted solution evenly onto carpet.
  2. Allow 3–5 minutes dwell time.
  3. Rinse thoroughly using an extraction cleaner and neutralizer.
  4. Vacuum thoroughly after drying.

Fatastic Results!

I used this for the first time in a cottage bedroom, due to logistics and customer wanting immediate access to the room post clean. Vacuumed, pre sprayed and then scattered down the Dry Carpet Cleaning product. Thorough agitation using my CRB, followed by a clear up of the rest of my equipment back into the van, while the product worked its magic. Renovator trays on and collected up the dry compound, followed by a final vacuum and pile brush. Customer was delighted with the results "it looks like new". Happy customer, happy cleaner!
