Ordering
How do I use a promo code or discount?
Automatic discounts will automatically apply once an item is added to your cart. For other discounts, enter your promo code during checkout in the "Discount Code" box. The discount will be applied before you complete your purchase.
Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Just contact us as soon as possible.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes! If you prefer to order by phone, give us a call at 800-601-1645 and a team member will assist you with your purchase.
Why was my payment declined?
This could be due to incorrect information or a card issue. Double-check your details or try another payment method. If the problem continues, contact your bank or give us a call at 800-601-1645 for help.
Can I get a copy of my invoice or receipt?
Yes! You’ll receive an email confirmation with your invoice. You can also request a copy anytime by contacting us at 800-601-1645 or by email at info@smart-cleaning-solutions.com.

When will my order ship?
Orders received before 1pm EST will typically ship same day. Orders received after will be shipped out on the following business day. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
How can I track my package and check its progress?
Every fulfilled order includes a tracking number for you to check the status of your shipment. If you are having trouble tracking your package, email info@smart-cleaning-solutions.com and we will send you your tracking number to keep you updated with your order's shipping progress.
