Before Smart Cleaning Solutions existed, we were out in the field running a hot water extraction carpet cleaning business — hauling equipment, managing callbacks, and constantly searching for ways to work smarter. Like most cleaners, we assumed the way we'd always done things was the way they had to be done.

That changed when we discovered encapsulation and low moisture cleaning methods. The results were immediate and undeniable. Carpets came out just as clean. Dry times dropped dramatically. Callbacks from wicking practically disappeared. We were finishing jobs faster and fitting more clients into the day — and our business became noticeably more profitable almost overnight.

We didn't just try these systems on a few jobs. We rebuilt our entire operation around them. And the difference was transformative — for our efficiency, our customer satisfaction, and our bottom line.

So in 2007, Smart Cleaning Solutions was born — not as a way to simply sell products, but to pass along what we'd learned.
