Haven’t received product as of today. Tracking states that label has been created. How can I rate a product I haven’t received or used yet. Any ETA as when to expect delivery?

They actually answer there phone when you call no Ai or answering service real human communication had great service I will order for them again thank you.
Not only is this a great product but customer service is absolutely stellar. I had some questions and concerns. The response via email was quick and thorough and when I had other questions I received a phone call from James and he answered my questions and made this transaction a positive one inspite of some shipping issues. 5 plus plus stars for quality product and excellent customer service.
The Vacuum works good. I like the hose extensions and the easy to extend wand. The vacuum is heavy for an elderly person like myself or wife to use. The bag does take some work to clean out and put the clip back in, I would like throw away bags instead.
Ive only washed them once, but based on my initial impression, they seem to be very well made- I hope they last :)

These guys are on the ball. When you order something it goes out immediately within a couple days you're going to get it. Great service. Great follow up. Great response to texts and emails and phone calls. Always a pleasure doing business with James and the boys.
The pads fit well but if I am being honest they are little thin. Time will tell how long they will last.
