It is great for Grease Spoon Restaurants, Trashed Apartments, Tile and Grout...It is a perfect combination of HIGH pH, aggressive surfactant technology and encapsulating polymers. It’s film forming encapsulating qualities insures that you will never have to worry about leaving a dirt attracting residue to cause rapid re-soiling.

Use it with your Truck Mount or your Low Moisture system... it will work great with either!
