Our Encapsulating Prespray is a highly effective pre-treatment and spot remover designed to elevate your carpet cleaning results. It can be used as a standalone encapsulation solution or as a pretreatment in conjunction with Dry Compound for deeper cleaning.

The advanced encapsulant formula works by dissolving soil and suspending it within a crystalline film on the carpet fibers. Once dry, this film is easily removed through vacuuming, leaving behind a clean, residue-free carpet that resists re-soiling. For particularly stubborn stains, the pre-spray can be applied at full strength for maximum cleaning power.

Dilution Guidelines

  • Pre-Spray Applications: Dilute 5-10 ounces per gallon of water for general cleaning.
  • Heavy Traffic Areas: Use a 1:1 dilution (half water, half pre-spray) for enhanced cleaning in high-traffic zones.
  • Tough Stains: Apply undiluted directly to stubborn spots using a handheld sprayer for targeted, professional-grade results.

  • Spot Remover

    1. Apply the pre-spray undiluted to a clean cloth.
    2. Moisten the stain with the tissue.
    3. Dab the dissolved stain away with a clean part of the towel. Do NOT rub!

  • Encapsulation

    1. Mix 10 ounces of prespray concentrate to 1 gallon of water. Spray onto carpet surface, and brush area with CRB machine.
    2. As the carpet is brushed, the loosened soil will be coated & encapsulated.
    3. The encapsulated soil particles are held in suspension within the crystalized cleaning agent until they are recovered – leaving a clean, fresh, new-looking carpet.

  • Dry Compound Pre-Spray

    1. Mix 5 ounces of prespray concentrate to 1 gallon of water.
    2. Spray onto the soiled areas and stains. Use enough product to moisten the carpet, but do not overwet it.
    3. Spread the Dry Compound onto the carpet surface and brush in with CRB machine. The pre-spray loosens the soils which are then absorbed in the Dry Compound.

Fatastic Results!

I used this for the first time in a cottage bedroom, due to logistics and customer wanting immediate access to the room post clean. Vacuumed, pre sprayed and then scattered down the Dry Carpet Cleaning product. Thorough agitation using my CRB, followed by a clear up of the rest of my equipment back into the van, while the product worked its magic. Renovator trays on and collected up the dry compound, followed by a final vacuum and pile brush. Customer was delighted with the results "it looks like new". Happy customer, happy cleaner!
