I got tired of underperforming machines marketed for residential use and purchased this unit because it was less than half the price of competitors with the same function/power. The unit arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. Day one I cleaned a wool lounge chair, mattress and two sofas and all came out looking good as new.

We've used this product for years when we started our services for VLM Carpet care. It's the best out there and the price is awesome with this company. Note, it does not ship from their office in Battle Creek. It ships from the manufacturer in South Carolina. No worries though, shipping was still lightning fast.

This machine is what every carpet cleaner should have in their toolbox. This is the best investment I have ever made, and I highly recommend it to fellow Carpet Cleaners.

I used this for the first time in a cottage bedroom, due to logistics and customer wanting immediate access to the room post clean. Vacuumed, pre sprayed and then scattered down the Dry Carpet Cleaning product. Thorough agitation using my CRB, followed by a clear up of the rest of my equipment back into the van, while the product worked its magic. Renovator trays on and collected up the dry compound, followed by a final vacuum and pile brush. Customer was delighted with the results "it looks like new". Happy customer, happy cleaner!
