Manufacturer's 2-Year Warranty Policy:

1. Warranty Period: This warranty is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery. The warranty starts from the original date of delivery and covers any defects in materials and workmanship.

Coverage: During the warranty period, the manufacturer will repair or replace, at its discretion, the non-wearable part or component that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. This warranty applies to the main machine and its components, excluding consumables and parts subject to wear and tear.

3. Conditions and Limitations:

• This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
• The warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or any other actions that are beyond normal use.
• The warranty is void if the product is not used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions or if non-authorized parts or accessories are used.
• Routine maintenance, cleaning, and replacements of consumable parts (e.g., brushes, pads, squeegees) are not covered under this warranty.
• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from acts of nature, such as floods, fires, earthquakes, or other similar events.

4. Warranty Claims: In the event of a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact the manufacturer by sending email to support@sanitmax.com. Proof of purchase and details about the issue must be provided to process the warranty claim.

5. Repair and Replacement: If a defect covered by this warranty is identified, the manufacturer will, at its discretion, repair or replace the faulty part or component free of charge. The manufacturer will cover the cost of labor and parts required for the repair or replacement.

6. Shipping and Transportation: Any costs associated with transporting the product to and from the manufacturer or authorized service center for warranty service are the responsibility of the manufacturer.

7. Limitation of Liability: The manufacturer's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or components. The manufacturer is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law: This warranty is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product was purchased.
