LamanatorPlus Restorer is a high-quality coating designed to enhance the shine and durability of laminate flooring. Formulated with premium polymers and 24.5% solids, it provides a long-lasting, semi-permanent protective layer that helps minimize minor scratches and scuffs while sealing joints to prevent moisture penetration. This coating enriches the natural grain and color of your flooring, restoring its original beauty.

Recommended Preparation

For optimal results, we recommend using Deep Scrub or Deep Scrub Extreme to thoroughly clean and rinse the floor before application. The protective finish typically lasts over a year, depending on household traffic, and can be easily blended into high-wear areas. Restorer dries within 30 minutes, with two coats recommended for best performance. When floor is maintained with Lamanator Plus Flooring Cleaner, reapplication is seamless and requires no additional floor preparation.

Coverage

Coverage per gallon (1 coat): Approximately 3,200 sq. ft. (two coats recommended)
Drying time: 30 minutes between coats, full cure in 12 hours - safe to walk on after 3 hours.

Additional Information

This product is safe for flooring and can be removed using Fresh Start if needed. For ongoing maintenance, use Flooring Cleaner and protect floors with furniture coasters or felt pads.

LamanatorPlus Restorer is also highly effective on LVP, LVT, Vinyl Composite, Formica, and Slate flooring.

Application

Directions For Use:

Mist Restorer onto both your floors, and a cloth micro-fiber mop.
Mop to spread Restorer evenly.
Allow to dry for 30 minutes between coats
We recommend 2 coats for optimal results.
Maintain your floors by using our Lamanator Plus Floor Cleaner & Revitalizer.
Protect all floors with coasters of felts.
