The Spraymaster PENGUIN Cordless Sprayer Specs
- The 5-gallon roto-molded tank is quite strong and warranted for 5 full years.
- The wheels are non-marking polyurethane.
- The handle makes for easy pulling or pushing the PENGUIN to and from
the room or area to be pre-sprayed. It has a hook for the hose and a "holster" for the lance and gun.
- The battery is a sealed lead acid battery that when fully charged will spray
up to 100 gallons of RTU water based solution. The battery is a 12VDC
7AMP and when drained the 3VDC should take only 3 hours to recharge
fully. The battery is warranted for one full year, but because of the "Smart"
charger should last much longer.
- The "Smart" charger will indicate with a RED LED light that the battery is
low and needs to be recharged. When the battery is fully charged the
"Smart" charger will shut itself off and a GREEN LED light will illuminate.
A charger cord is included.
- The pump is a demand diaphragm one gallon per minute pump.
The amount pumped will also depend on the spray tip.
- The pump has an AMBER LED light that illuminates when the switch is on.
This feature is included to remind the technician that the switch should be
turned off to preserve the battery charge when not in use.
- The Recoil hose works will up to from 15-20 feet without tugging the arm
of the technician. When not in use the excess hose may be looped onto
the handle hook. The hose is connected to the Penguin by means of a
pressure washer quality straight through quick connect socket. It is
connected to the pressure washer quality gun also by a quick connect
socket. Double shut off quick connectors are an option.
- The gun is a high pressure, high temperature pressure washer quality
spray gun that is connected to the Recoil hose and has a SS lance that is
also connected to the gun with a quick connect socket. The purpose of the
QC on the gun outlet and the lance is to allow removal of the lance and to
attach the upholstery nozzle to the gun when necessary.
- The V-jet nozzle at the end of the SS lance is a 6508 and is standard for
the PENGUIN. However, other nozzles are optional.
