The Challenger Max is a commercial size OP machine. The Max uses the same smooth random orbital motion as the smaller Challenger. It has a 20 inch cleaning path and is used like vacuuming or mowing the lawn. The rear wheels stay on the floor while cleaning, making it much easier to manuever. It is similarly designed like the smaller Challenger, which means it is built like a tank and runs very smoothly. The large rear wheels make it easy to get up and down stairs. The lifting handle makes it easier to lift in and out of your vehicle. Weight is 100 lbs but it feels much lighter. It has a low profile making it easy to get under furniture, desks, and toe rails.

It is designed for commercial carpet cleaning where large areas are normally involved but some are also using it in residential cleaning. It definitely increases speed in a home environment, even though it is on the large size for that purpose. Empty houses and apartments are a snap to do with this machine.

The machine has an optional encapsulating brush attachment for those wanting to use it for encapsulating cleaning or pre-scrubbing a carpet.

It also has an optional on-board electric spray system with a 4 gallon tank. The spray system has a built in filter and can also be used on the smaller challenger. Spray system cost $268.00 and is easy to install.
