blend, containing NEW soil prevention and anti-wicking technology. Dries to a
crystal residue that easily vacuums away.
Dilution Ratios:
Under normal soiling conditions mix this double strength formula 4oz per gallon of water... pH: 8-9
when diluted four oz per gallon of water.
In very heavy soiling conditions VacAway may be applied up to 8 oz per
gallon.
As a spotter for stubborn spots/stains mix 8 -16 oz per gallon.
As an anti-wicking agent for spills or areas where re-occurring
spots/stains are a concern, mix 32oz per gallon of water, then lightly spray and work in.
Application:
Pre-vacuum or pile lift carpet to remove dry particulate soil.
Mix 1 part ENC-DS with 32 parts hot or cold water (4 oz per gallon).
May be applied with any normal method of applying pre-spray including
gravity fed systems such as used with Cimex and rotary machines.
Depending on application method and degree of soiling, apply at 200 -
400 SF per gallon.
Agitate the solution into the carpet pile with a high agitation machine
such as an Oscillating Pad, Rotary Bonnet, Cimex, or Counter-Rotating brush
type machine.
No rinsing required... Rinsing can be counter productive to an
encapsulation system.
Grooming of the nap is optional.. Base your grooming decision on
appearance desired.
To remove encapsulated soil, vacuum when dry or have your client vacuum
at the next scheduled vacuuming interval.
