With a heavier brush pressure per square inch and a 15 inch wide cleaning path it will clean over 800 square feet and hour of very dirty carpet. The TM4 and 5 scrub deep in the carpet picking up dirt and debris or dry compound. It weighs approximately 43 lbs and is easily used by a man or woman. Its main uses are carpet encapsulation cleaning, dry compound cleaning, pre-scrubbing, pile lifting, pre or post vacuuming, carpet grooming and, tile and grout cleaning.
