This unit is a great unit for a part-time operator or maid service company. It would work great in cleaning residential and small offices. You can also use it to clean stairs and is a great add on to the larger machines, allowing two people to cleaning at the same time. It is very compact with a10 inches wide cleaning path and weighing in at only 26 ½ lbs, yet has almost the same brush pressure per square inch on the carpet as the bigger machines. It is very easy for a woman to carry and use. It will clean approximately 400 sq. ft. an hour.
