Cobra Spray System
The new TANKLESS COBRA SPRAY SYSTEM
can be mounted on any of the Whittaker GLS machines, the
Brush and Clean machines, Pile Master machines, 1-800-dry carpet machines, and
all other similarly made CRB machines.
Why use a spray system? It is
a proven fact that spraying your cleaning chemical right in front of the
brushes or pad, so it is immediatly scrbbed into the carpet, before it has a
chance to drift to the bottom of the carpet (where it does liitle good), gives
a much better cleaning result. It also allows your pre-spray to go much
further, saving you money. By spraying as you scrub you eliminate a cleaning
step, which also saves time. When you come to an area that may need more
chemical, rather than having to go back and get your sprayer, you simply spray
it a little heavier and move on.
Why a tankless spray system?
Tanks add bulk and weight to the machine, making it harder to maneuver under
desks and around furniture. The extra weight also puts more strain on the
gears and motor. It makes it much harder to get the machine in and out of your
vehicle and up and down stairs. One of the benifits of a CRB machine is its
ease of use, and the bulk and weight of a tank and electric pump negates some
of that benifit. By using your current electric or battery powered sprayer to
power the unit you not only save a lot of money, but your current sprayer
becomes more versitile and can still be used for other things like upholstery
cleaning, or pre-spraying an area to let it dwell.
By using our tankless cobra spray system it allows you to
use any tank size electric sprayer you want. You can use a 1 gallon sprayer,
a 3 gallon sprayer like the Multi sprayer or Omini Pro's, or a Pailtop sprayer
for 5 gallon pails to 55 gallon drums, because the tank and pump are remote
from the spray system. Our new HOS battery powered sprayer which holds 5
gallons is perfect for residential, but gives you plenty of pre-spray for
doing those larger commercial jobs, check it out on our equipment page under

We encourage you to see our video on
the CRB machine and spray system. You will notice how small and fexible the
solution hose is. It is easily zip tied (which is furnished) to your machines
electric cord so you still have only one small line to the machine.
