The OP Machine
The main cleaning machine is an OP machine. This stands for Oscillating Pad. The OP machine is quite a unique machine, it looks like a floor buffer but it doesn’t work anything like one. Instead of just rotating in a circle like a floor buffer, it has a random orbital oscillation. Most floor machines rotate at 175 RPM, this machine oscillates at 1725 RPM. The really neat thing about this machine is that it has no torque pull, so when you turn it on it just sits there waiting for you to push or pull it. It will not fly out of your hand like a floor machine will. A 7 year-old kid can use this machine. The random oscillation allows it to scrub in every direction, so it cleans much better and safer than a floor machine. The machine weighs just 24 lbs so it is easy to carry around even by a woman. It is compact and can clean in small areas, yet is fast enough to clean large areas quite quickly.
You will be using either a scrub pad under the machine or a microfiber pad. You can also use other pads like cotton, lamb’s wool, and synthetics. You can clean many surfaces with this machine including carpeting, tile, wood, and stone floors. You can also get scrub brushes for it. The unit comes with a pad driver that fits on the machine. This is what holds your pads on the machine while you clean. The teeth on the pad driver work similar to Velcro but stronger. To use the machine just put the pad driver on the machine then place the machine on the center of the pad you are going to use. Then just turn the machine on and start cleaning. When you need to change pads just pull the pad off the pad driver.
Microfiber Mop Handle and Frame for 18 inch Mops
The 18 inch mop handle is adjustable in length and made out of light weight heavy duty aluminum. The Frames are made out of strong plastic composite so they won’t rust and will hold up to heavy daily use. On the bottom of the frame is velcro, which holds the pads onto the frame, and makes it easy to change pads. We also carry bigger sizes if you need them.
Microfiber Pads 18 inch
You get 2 different types of microfiber pads. You get 3 finish pads and 6 hospital grade mop pads. Even though any short nap microfiber pad will work, the finish pads will give you a better look when applying the final finish coats. The mop pads are for your final mopping after the floor has been cleaned. They also can be used to apply the finished product, but the finish pads below will give a little better result. These mops will last a very long time and can be washed about 500 times.
Finish Microfiber Pads 18 inch
These pads are used to apply the finish coat to the floor. They have a shorter nap and tighter weave to give a better finish.

You get 3 scrub pads to be used with the cleaner for cleaning and prepping the floor in small or tight areas, where the OP machine cannot get to. The scrub pads will last a long time and can be used many times. The microfiber pads can also be washed many times.
Microfiber Pads 11 inch
You get 6 microfiber pads to do final mop-ups and apply the finish coat in small or tight areas that the bigger pads won’t get to. The microfiber pads will last a long time and can also be washed many times.
Scrub Pads 13 inch
You get 10 (5 white and 5 red) 13 inch scrub pads for use with the OP machine. They are used with the cleaner to clean, scrub, and prep the floor for the final finish. The white pad would be used on floors that are new or are in very good condition, and the red pads are used for older and more worn floors. Each pad will last a long time and can be used many times.
Microfiber 13 inch Bonnets
You get 2 microfiber bonnets for use with the OP machine. They are used to mop up after the floor has been cleaned and scrubbed with the red or white scrub pads. This makes cleaning up a lot easier and faster.
Bucket and Wringer 17 quart
The bucket is very compact and light. It makes filling and dumping very easy. The bucket is used for rinsing out the microfiber bonnets and pads. The bucket has a divider so you can have one side for clean water and one side for dirty water. You can also take the divider out and make it one bucket.
Easy Adapter Hose 6'

Repair Kit
The repair kit is big enough to do many repairs, anything from minor scratches to dents and gouges. It is very simple to use, but very effective.

Our Deep Scrubbing Cleaner and Prep
You get 1 gallon of our deep scrubbing cleaner. This is enough to do about 3,200 square feet of flooring. The Cleaner is the first line of defense in preparing a well worn or dirty floor as well as a new floor, for the process of restoration. This ready to use liquid is specifically designed to get in and do a deep and thorough cleaning; easily removing oils, factory dirt and grime. It is also perfect for removing any previously used products from the floor. Using this deep scrubbing cleaner also allows the Restoration Finish to properly adhere to the surface of the floor; you'll never get any peeling! Getting the floor this clean has never been so easy.
Our Restoration Finish
You get 1 gallon of Restoration Finish. The restore finish is designed to be the second and final step in bringing laminate flooring back to a showroom shine. Restoring the floors could not be simpler - and with this product your customers will love their floors again! Laminate Restoration helps to coat joints and hide minor scratches in the flooring. It will also eliminate the footprint problem. This fantastic product helps to protect the original laminate surface and makes the flooring much easier to clean. The product can be used on laminate, cork, bamboo, refinished, and urethane hardwood floors. 1 gallon is enough to do about 1,600 Square feet (with 2 coats). At a dollar a square foot that equals $1,600.00.

When they run out of Revitalizer they will call you for more, and when they need more work done they will also call you.
